Welcome to Sow And Share Harvest Project

The SASH Project started in 2012 and is owned/opperated by veteran/women, is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides information, support and resources to urban gardeners and small-scale farmers in the United States. We empower people to take control of their food and to grow their own food in their personal gardening space. We provide instructional materials, networking opportunities plant and seed donations to help people in underserved communities create sustainable food systems. We also work to increase public understanding of the benefits of urban agriculture and small-scale farming.

The Sow and Share Harvest project is a community-based initiative that educates families on how to grow their own food. The project provides families with the knowledge and resources necessary to start their own gardens, and to harvest and cook their own food.  We cultivate a greener world by empowering individuals with the knowledge and resources to grow organic gardens in any space, making healthy food accessible and affordable for all.
